Studying one semester/year as an exchange or guest student

International exchange or guest students can choose the following courses taught in English.

Students are expected to have a minimum level of English B1 (CEF).
The normal semester workload for a student is 30 ECTS.

Please choose courses for one semester and state them in your OLA (Erasmus+ students only) or your module & course selection form (Guest students only). You find the documents below.

If needed all course descriptions can be found in the different syllabuses below. As the courses offered are extracted out of different study programmes you may need to search for them or write an email to Nick Langer if you cannot find a specific course.

Please note that it is only possible to study the courses stated above. It is not possible to study all other courses which can be found in the sylabuses.

If you have a minimum level B2 in German (CEF) you are also welcome to study our German modules offered.
Please understand that the following information regarding the courses will be in German only.

Wenn Sie ein Deutschniveau von mindestens B2 (CEF) erlangt haben können Sie auch Module in Deutsch aus dem Bachelor Betriebswirtschaft bei uns studieren. Austauschstudierende können ausschließlich Aufbaumodule (+ Unternehmensführung) oder Erweiterungsmodule wählen. Ein Mix aus deutschen und englischen Modulen ist möglich.

Studierende im zweiten Studienjahr wählen in der Regel Aufbaumodule (6 ECTS pro Modul).

Studierende im dritten Studienjahr wählen in der Regel Erweiterungsmodule (12 ECTS pro Modul).

Das Studium von Modulen der Grundstufe (1. + 2. Semester) ist für internationale Studierende leider nicht möglich.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass immer komplette Module studiert und bestanden werden müssen, um die ECTS zu erlangen. Es ist nicht möglich nur Teile von Modulen zu studieren oder anteilige ECTS zu erlangen. Es können ausschließlich die hier angegebenen Aufbau- und Erweiterungsmodule belegt werden und nicht alle im Modulhandbuch angegebenen Module.

The following study program is applicable for post graduate students (Master level) only.

However if graduate exchange students prefer to study in our postgraduate (Bachelor level) program this is possible.
It is not possible to mix both programs.

Due to changed lecture times it is always possible at the beginning of the semester that timetable clases may occur.

If this happens you may need to decide which course you want to study and find another course instead. In this case please select a course of the above "List of all courses offered in English" which works with your timetable.

Below you find a list of important dates for you as a MSB student, a checklist of administartive things you should be aware of and the timetables according to our suggested specialisations. Finally all courses offered should be found somewhere in all the timetables. Courses with 6 ECTS usually have 2 slots per week which both have to be visited.

At "Documents" you will find i.e. "Certificate of Arrival and Departure" or "Change of Learning Agreement".
