The INTERREG VA project “ROCKET Reloaded – RegiOnal Collaboration on Key Enabling Technologies” has successfully supported numerous industry-driven innovation projects in the field of key technologies such as nanotechnology, microsystem technology, micro- and nanoelectronics, advanced materials as well as photonics.

Meet the innovators from the ROCKET Reloaded innovation projects

To introduce you to the innovations emerging in ROCKET Reloaded’s projects and the experts behind them, Rocket Reloaded’s core partners are planning a webinar series to present each of the innovation projects. The planned webinars will take place at the end of the respective innovation projects. Therefore, we will hold three sets of two webinars each and will promote the two projects “SensiChip” and “AutoMess3D”, un the second set of two:

Prototype development for DM50-ENP platform.

A prototype of a DM50-ENP Near Field Electro Hydro-dynamic Nanowire Printing (ENP) research printer platform is developed. It enables printing of conductive and transparent nanowire structures, patterns and substrates with a defined process. The carrier application is an electrohydrodynamic pump for use in lab-on-a-chip and other devices. Integration into coaters is prepared, business perspectives investigated and services developed.

SkinBall – 16.02.2022 | 16:00 – 17:00 h (CET)
Skin Tumour Detection by using a Millimeter-Wave Photonic Spectroscopy System.

The SkinBall project focuses on health care and will develop a mobile mm-wave spectroscopy instrument to enable mobile skin monitoring. It is foreseen that the instrument will be used by registered doctors for in-vivo screening, being beneficial for two reasons: 1st to reduce a number of unnecessary biopsies and 2nd to support early skin-cancer detection. It will also support in-vitro monitoring, e.g., applied by skin-cancer surgeons in specified clinics.
