This project strives to initiate a new learning formatto support students in developing comprehensive critical thinking and effective communication skills, and effectively utilize and transfer knowledge to their peers. Students are encouraged to develop creative and co-learning competences by looking into innovative and bold ideas or suggestions from others in an inclusive and embracing environment. Students will develop problem-solving competence to deal with new challenges in the future. Hence, the project introduces the Change Lab - an university-wide, open forum to promote a co-learning culture and an active participation of students in defining and discussing issues of their own interest. Unlike normal seminars and lectures, it offers a student-driven content that promotes a change in perspective on learning and a possibility of horizon widening. Change Lab provides students an opportunity to have open dialogues between various stakeholders from science, business, or society fields on topics related to social innovations.
