superflatable

It appears like a singular moment that has come across suddenly in everyday life. This is a model that is closer to the archetype of architecture where 6mm thick corrugated aluminium plate appears as floating with four columns. The gray light reflected on the surface of aluminium will be transformed with the change of daylight while surrounded space is dissolving over such gray depth. Senses of lightness and fragility like paper, its thinness, sway or instability rather than solidness, slight questions on the typology of ordinary table; the object represents a certain appearance that emerges in the subtle relationship among such senses. The superflatable can be used as a table for computing, gathering, dining, cooking, base for plantation, exhibition, or it can be seen as a scaled model of architecture.

sideboard

Made from 22 mm Multiplex, this multifunctional piece of furniture sets itself apart from a typical sideboard. Although appearing to be primarily made for storage, it also functions as a bench - allowing for social interaction.

Deduced from the nature of the material in use, the contrast of the white surface and the wooden structure are inherent to the design. This is further emphasized by the non-visible wood joining and it's seamless character.
